When a young person is disconnected from support systems, it can be challenging for them to stay on the right track for their goals. Roseland Reconnection Hub helps disconnected youth to forge relationships with social service agencies, community-based programs, school, employment, and many other forms of support, all under one roof. With their new and innovative model as a one-stop-shop, the caring staff creates a customized plan for each young person that draws from the many opportunities for support across the city.
