Sydney Martin was only 10 years old when she found out she had Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis (LCH), a rare blood disease found mostly in young children. She decided to fight back not just for herself, but for kids who suffer from LCH everywhere.

Giving Rocks raises money for LCH research by selling unique, handmade necklaces made by Syd from Lake Michigan Rocks.

After raising more than $420,000 and reaching thousands of people across the world, these necklaces are so much more than a simple rock and string.  They are love. They are solidarity. And for many, they are hope.
